All the users have to verify a valid mobile number for the purpose of authentication. But don’t worry, you can hide your phone number later if you wish.

Your profile will be approved within 24-48 hours, if all the necessary fields are updated along with government ID (Aadhar card, PAN Card, Driving License or Voting Card). In case your profile isn’t approved, our support executive will call you get the missing details and will get it approved.

No, profile will only be visible to all or appear in search list post approval only.

Yes, it depends on the plan that’s active on your profile.

The number of matches you get depend directly on your set partner preference criteria and the personal information you have provided. So, recheck your partner preferences and widen your criteria if possible. Provide your personal details (family background, academic background, professional background, physical description etc.) to get more matches.

Interests you are getting from other profiles are dependent on partner preferences they have set for them and your profile is matching with their preferences.

A profile with decent profile pictures and detailed biodata will get higher number of responses. Try to upload good quality pictures and set relevant expectation criteria.

Log in to your profile in mobile app. Go to “Plans” page and choose a suitable plan for you. Click on “Upgrade Plan” button. It will redirect you to payment gateway. There are multiple payment options available, like credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI. Choose your preferred option to complete the transaction.

Log in to your profile in mobile app. Go to “Me” page and select “My Profile” section. Now, you can edit your profile picture or information related to Personal Details, Education & Career Details, Horoscope Details, Family Details and Partner Expectations Details.

Yes. We show your matching profiles under “Matches” tab according to the Partner Expectations Details you have updated. But, you can search more profiles using Filter option. How? Simply click on the floating filter icon , set your preferences and search!

Click on the floating filter icon , type the profile ID in the search bar and proceed the search.

Go to the settings and change your mobile number. You’ll receive an OTP for verification. Your mobile number will be updated once you complete the verification.

Booster is a Sthal feature using which you can be at top in the profile section and you are three times more likely to get a match as you get more profile views.

By purchasing the chat request package you can send or accept chat requests of interested profiles. If your chat request is accepted you can initiate a conversation through our in-app chat feature.

By purchasing the contact request plan you will be able to view the contact details of matching profiles, like phone number and email ids, if they have enabled the show contact details option.

It is because, the profile you are looking for has enabled privacy setting to hide their contact details or your profile doesn’t match the expectation criteria set by that particular profile or you don’t have an active contact request plan.

Once a booster is activated it stays active for 24 hours. You have to wait till the previous booster gets exhausted.

To avoid getting irrelevant calls, you have to set your Partner Expectation Details completely. Then only profiles matching with your expectations criteria can get your contact details. Additionally, if you want to keep your contact details hidden completely, you can enable that option from settings.

Go to settings on “Me” page and select Account Status tab to inactive your profile. You can make your profile active again using the same option.

Go to settings on “Me” page and select “Delete Profile” option. Kindly provide a genuine reason to delete the account and proceed further.
