As a “Store Executive” you will manage all aspects of business requirements and will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by meeting pre-determined leads (prospective working professionals/parents) of online matrimonial advertisement solutions.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Offline profile registration from Store Walk-ins and Incoming calls.
- Converting the pre-generated leads showing, promoting, and selling personalized membership services of matrimony.
- Services demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control to influence the customer and close upon the negotiation.
- Having the ability to maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market.
- Calling on inbound leads to get closures and to achieve sales figures for monthly and weekly targets.
- Handle customer query and have patience while pitching for sale conversion on calls as well as in Store.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
